Pop-Up Dictionary is a search program utilizing the Unicode format, developed and owned by Artyom Lukanin (Chelyabinsk, Russia). The Pop-Up Dictionary is available as a free download in its simple user version. For the latest version, see www.popdict.com. The full version can be purchased for a very fair price same place.
