If this recitation (dharani) of the Enlightened Medicinal Guru (Medicine Buddha) is practiced, or one requests someone else to practice it, one’s own and other’s diseases, pains, misdeeds, obscuration, etc., will end, and all one’s wishes will be fulfilled.
